Less searching. More supporting.

A little less firefighting.
A lot more visibility.

Keep the devices you need in view. Open a support session when it is time to act.

Your device board

Choose which devices appear, move their cards and resize the views to suit your screen.

Support from one place

Open Android screen control or Windows remote desktop on supported, connected devices.

Useful connection details

See supported latency and uptime readings. Session controls help you balance quality and responsiveness.

Access you can assign

Give team members device viewing or control permissions. Keep extra access in an administrator’s hands.

DevRMM in practice

Behind every screen,
there’s a working day.

Three illustrated use cases: the venue, the small business and the support team. Explore where DevRMM fits.

01 / HOSPITALITY

The screens are on.
Is the right content?

A venue operator supports Android devices across several rooms. A device preview helps identify the device that needs attention before opening a control session.

The workflow
Find the device → inspect its screen → open support
Why it matters
Give the on-site team a specific next step.
02 / SMALL BUSINESS

A small fleet.
A familiar support desk.

A business has two Android phones and a Windows laptop. Its technician keeps the three devices together and switches between phone and desktop support.

The workflow
Select the device → check connection → assist
Why it matters
One place to begin the support conversation.
03 / DISTRIBUTED TEAMS

The right access.
For the right person.

An administrator assigns a technician a defined set of devices. As responsibilities change, the administrator can adjust those permissions.

The workflow
Assign devices → support the team → review access
Why it matters
Make device responsibility easier to understand.

One direction. Clear platform differences.

Your Apple devices.
Part of the picture.

We’re adding an Apple setup area to DevRMM, with a path to iPhone, iPad and Mac management.

Apple device management requires an MDM service, enrolment and valid Apple push credentials. This integration is not yet available for live device management.

How Apple device management works ↗

A monthly home for your devices

Three devices free.
Room to grow.

Home and micro-business users get 3 devices free with Low and Standard quality. Growing teams choose a monthly bundle, then add devices as needed.

Proposed launch plans · euros per month · paid plans, usage metering and checkout are not yet active.

One device. One-month minimum. Each added device reserves its free or paid plan allowance for at least one month. Removing it early does not release that allowance or reduce the minimum service charge. Extra devices carry a full month of the applicable extra-device charge. Your first three devices remain free on Low / Standard; reconnecting the same device does not create a duplicate charge.

Find your best-fit bundle

The estimate compares base plans and extra devices. A paid bundle includes its stated total device allowance; the free allowance is not added on top.

Home & Micro: €0.00 / month

Estimates exclude applicable taxes. Plan prices, allowances and add-ons are proposed; no subscription or payment is created.

Add capacity, not another subscription.

Extra devices: €1.00 on Starter, €0.75 on Business, €0.50 on Fleet, per month beyond the included allowance.

Starter HD: +€5/month across the Starter account, within its existing bandwidth and session allowance. Included in Business and Fleet.

More bandwidth: proposed paid-plan add-on of 50 GB for €5/month. Optional and included in the calculator when selected; no automatic overage billing.

Know what you are paying for.

One managed Windows or Android device counts as one device. A host connection does not count the same device twice. Offline enrolled devices keep their slot until removed.

Bandwidth is shared across the organisation and covers relayed previews and control streams. Direct traffic is excluded. At the limit, the proposed policy pauses relayed viewing until renewal or a chosen top-up; monitoring remains available.

OTA distribution, reseller hosting and hands-on technician support are priced separately. Apple management is still in setup and is not sold as an available service.

Connection feedback on every plan

Show measured round-trip latency in milliseconds, actual decoded FPS, stream resolution and bandwidth usage where supported. Label the measurement path: browser-to-relay or host-to-device. Missing readings show unavailable, never a made-up zero. Paid quality tiers raise FPS and resolution limits; they do not guarantee a lower ping.

What do Low, Standard and HD mean?

Proposed targets: Low previews every 60 seconds with control up to 5 FPS; Standard every 15 seconds and up to 15 FPS; HD every 5 seconds and up to 30 FPS at a supported resolution. Home & Micro includes Low and Standard. These are targets to validate, not guaranteed frame rates or latency. Hidden previews should pause; a preview is separate from a live control stream.

Before you connect

A few useful answers.

Is DevRMM ready for general production use?

DevRMM is in advanced testing. Android and Windows features depend on compatible devices, installed agents and connection state. Broad production availability and paid plans have not launched.

Can I manage Apple devices now?

Not yet through this integration. The setup area identifies the enrolment and service requirements. Live management needs a connected MDM service, Apple credentials and a verified enrolled device.

Are these published customer success stories?

No. The scenarios above are illustrative case studies. We will publish named customer stories and measured outcomes only with verified evidence and permission.

Can you host, deploy or reimage my devices?

Yes. Our image consultancy covers hosting, deployment and device reimaging, including Tanix and other Android devices. Bring us your image and requirements; we confirm compatibility and the deployment method before work begins.

From €499.99 per image. Ask us for a tailored quote. Need it sooner? Express service: +€300 for a 72-hour turnaround, subject to confirmed scope and receipt of the required image, access and device details.

Factory-image flashing and OTA updates use different deployment methods. We assess the right approach for your devices as part of the consultancy.

What happens when I add a fourth device?

The free plan covers three devices. A fourth moves you to a paid bundle: Starter is proposed at €9/month for up to ten devices. Extra-device charges only apply above the selected bundle allowance. The calculator compares eligible bundles before you decide.
